The One-Day Way by author Chantel Hobbs is an inspiring book. Hobbs takes readers through a step by step process for better health physically and spiritually. Hobbs in her book discusses how to tear down and rebuild a new healthy life style of proper diet and exercise. Hobbs gives practical menu suggestions for diet and has a mini work out routine with pictures for exercise routine. She also gives spiritual guidance along the way. She ends her book with scripture references for encouragement which she calls the power of God's word. I found her book to be inspiring as a new way and process for healthier living.
